Your session will primarily be in meditation practice with some coaching time to help you improve your practice so you get the results you need and increase your quality of life. Meditation for Modern Living Group Course
This in-person introductory 10-week meditation course is for all levels of meditation experience (including no prior experience) with step-by-step instructions, tools, and exercises to improve your meditation practice. It is designed to help you gain confidence that meditation is accessible and easy to achieve for everyday life so you can experience stress relief, increased happiness, better sleep, creativity, and more. Great for seasoned meditators who simply want to strengthen their mind, body, and spiritual well-being with an easy practice that fits their lifestyle. This comprehensive course is for people who want the step-by-step instructions and practices of how to meditate, and for the seasoned meditator who simply wants to strengthen their mind, body, and spiritual well-being with an easy practice that fits their lifestyle. This course gives you the core foundations to create a meditation breakthrough. You don't need any previous meditation practice. If you already have a practice, but you struggle initiating or committing to it, or you need the tools to make it easier and adaptable to your busy life, then you too will benefit from this course. Everyone who practices meditation will benefit! This course is offered in person in Pasadena, CA 2 x a year (January & April) as a group meditation.
