Three-monthly, 2-hour sessions of shadow work coaching w/ intuitive hypnotic trance journeys + spiritual guidance so you will gain insight into the tools and steps it takes to practice self-love, self-acceptance, patience, & joy. This is an intro. to shadow work. We will focus on 4 aspects of your shadow self, (1 aspect per month): 1) Identify your shadows (unconscious/conscious) and root causes i.e. ancestral traumas, 2) the inner child exercises, 3) empowerment activation practices (in session/on your own). Eight-weekly, 75 minute private meditation sessions to improve your skills to clear & relax your mind, body, & soul for you to feel less anxious, stressed, drained, & releasing negative energy. No experience required. Great for beginners, seasoned meditators, & empaths who want to level up their life, confidence, & relationships. The program includes our online course, Meditation for Modern Living to go deeper into how to effectively apply meditation into your life.

Confidence and Self-Love
This is a 1:1 private, 6-week hypnosis program that consists of 90 minute sessions to activate new belief systems to rebuilding your confidence and self-love. During our sessions, we will be using hypnosis to help you identify your limiting beliefs and patterns that interfere with you achieving or manifesting confidence and self-love. You will be guided into a relaxing and heightened state of awareness. Through this relaxing journey, we will gain access into your subconscious mind and facilitate positive life changes through highly suggestible guidance. You will always be in control and will not do anything you would never do. This program includes our guidebook, A Guide To Self-Care for Empaths to help you reinforce the work we are doing together.
